Melissa Boozikee, Broker/Owner
Melissa has been a full time Realtor since 2011. She began her career working for a large real estate franchise but decided in 2023 to open her brokerage. Named after the street where her life began and where her immigrant grandparents lived and owned two homes next to each other that they never leveraged, Dukes Street is the symbol for hard work and debt free living.
Katy Becker, Realtor
Katherine "Katy" Becker joined the team in 2024. She brings energy and experience to the company. Having been a licensed agent in Arkansas, Katy understands client management and the behind the scenes transaction work required to get deals to the closing table. Katy is now front and center with her clients, helping them navigate the current real estate market on both the buy and sell sides.
Alex Boozikee, Realtor
Alex is a recent high school graduate (Lambert Class of 2023) and is excited to begin his career in real estate. He is motivated and eager to learn everything about the real estate environment.
